An event titled "Business Management in the Age of Sustainability" was held.

An event titled "Business Management in the Age of Sustainability," organized in collaboration between our University's Department of Business Administration and the Career Development Application and Research Center (BANU-KAGEM), was held with high participation in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall.

The program, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Nida Abdioğlu, a faculty member of our University's Department of Business Administration, and moderated by Assoc. Dr. Sertaç Ercan, Director of BANU-KAGEM, featured Cennet Yıldız, Export and Business Development Director of Tellioğlu Food, Serdar Gündoğan, Factory Manager of Tellioğlu Food, and Volkan Urbut as speakers. Academic and administrative staff, as well as numerous students, attended the event.

The event addressed the concept of sustainability, sustainability practices in businesses, business development, sustainability in business development, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. The program, which highlighted the contributions of a sustainability-focused management approach to the long-term success of organizations through sector experiences, emphasized that these practices offer significant opportunities for businesses not only in terms of environmental responsibility but also in terms of creating economic and social value.

The program continued with an interactive question-and-answer session where participants' questions on career planning, sustainable business models, and sought-after competencies in the business world were answered.

The event concluded with Prof. Dr. Nida Abdioğlu presenting the speakers with certificates of appreciation and gifts, followed by a group commemorative photograph.
