Part-Time Student Recruitment Announcement

One part-time student will be employed at our university's Career Development Application and Research Center. The student will be employed for a maximum of 32 hours per month to perform the center's daily temporary work.

The hourly wage for the students to be employed for 2024 is 88.90 TL gross. The hourly wage for 2025 will be determined in accordance with Article 11, paragraph (c) of the Part-Time Student Employment Program Implementation Principles, which states: "In accordance with Article 20 of Law No. 5917, the wage paid to part-time students for one hour of work cannot exceed one-fourth of the daily gross minimum wage established for workers over the age of 16 pursuant to Labor Law No. 4857. This wage is determined in December of each year, covering the following fiscal year, upon the proposal of our Department and the approval of the University Executive Board."

Students wishing to work under the specified conditions can apply in person or by mail to the relevant units by the close of business on October 4, 2023, using Form 2 (Application Form). Students who qualify for employment must submit the Part-Time Student Employment Agreement (Form 4) and the documents specified in Article 12 of the Part-Time Student Employment Program Implementation Principles to their units.

Applications with incomplete documentation or those not submitted on time will be considered invalid.
