"Graduate Mentorship Program" Begins!

As the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Career Development Application and Research Center (KAGEM), we are launching the Alumni Mentorship Program to strengthen the bonds between our alumni and current students.

Launched with the motto "A Bridge to the Future, Growth Through Experience," this program aims to have our alumni share the knowledge, expertise, and experience they have gained in the professional world with students who are just beginning their career journeys. While guiding students in their academic and professional development, our mentors will also contribute to strengthening our university's robust alumni network.

Program Principles and Format

Meeting Format: Conducted entirely according to your schedule, with options for online, face-to-face, or hybrid meetings.

Meeting Frequency: A flexible schedule is set for one or two hours of meetings per month throughout the semester.

Matching: Mentor-mentee (student) pairings are carefully made by taking into account the department of graduation, industry, and career goals.
