Applications for BSH's long-term internship program WE Power have begun.

The WE Power Program, now in its fourth year, aims to support women in engineering and sales and provide them with real opportunities. The program provides a working environment where every participant can realize their potential, especially in fields where women are traditionally underrepresented.

Program Participants Will Be Able to:

Develop innovative thinking skills,

Create meaningful change while learning,

Be a pioneer of digitalization and smart solutions,

Inspire others and engage others in this journey,

Bring forth their youthful energy and fresh ideas every step of the way.

Who Can Apply?

A third- or fourth-year undergraduate, master's, or doctoral student in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Logistics,

Interested in technology, innovation, and consumer solutions,

Students interested in gender equality and professional development.
